Some things in using our services are aimed at avoiding misunderstandings and not harming both parties.

• The request will be processed after making payment of half of the service price.
• Requests cannot be added after the first request is in progress. Unless the first request is still related to the previous service. If a new request is given, it will go to the last queue.
• Requests for refunds can be made based on the error section (Full refund not possible), or additional requests cannot be fulfilled but payment has been made to the service.
• The service provider has the right to ask for responses and comments from customers with the aim of determining the quality of the service provider.
